We like to keep it simple, so here is everything you need to know.
Liability
Kayaking is an experience that involves risks. We cannot be held liable for any injuries that occur on a trip. Please make sure that you have a health insures that covers your expenses.
Payment
We offer to pay via bank transfer, PayPal or cash before the trip. There is a 20€ deposit per day of activity and per person to secure your booking, is it refundable prior 5 days of your activity.
Cancellation
- You can cancel the trip free of charge up to 10 days in advance. 100% refund of the price.
- Less than 10 days and prior 3 days, refund of 50% of the full price.
- Less than 3 days before the activity, no refund is possible.
- Deposit: 20€ per day of activity per person
If we have to cancel the trip, you will get a full refund. Rainy weather is no reason to cancel a trip, it can be even more fun.
Booking
You can request a booking using the form on our website, via hello@kayak-zone.com or via WhatsApp. It’s no obligation until we both confirm the trip
Media release
When you participate in our activities you give us the right to use photos/videos from the trip for marketing purposes e.g. on Instagram, our website or other channels. You can always revoke your agreement and ask us to delete the media.
